Fixing it will require you with few softwares like Edit Script EasyTools v2 (install java provided INSIDE before using it)
Step-four

Locate and expand Other device in the right pane. Right-click the device name and select Update Driver Software to launch the Update Driver Software wizard. Select Browse my computer for driver software and click Next. Click Browse and locate the USB driver folder, called usbdriver, which appears after you decompress the downloaded file. The Microsoft USB Flash Drive Manager will help you backup and restore presentation, pictures, songs and applications from and to USB Flash Drive devices and take them with you. The application can also help you to classify and name USB Flash Drives images (for instance 'My network configuration' or 'The pictures for my grandma') and lets you.

FIRST extract both the file and install java runtime inside 'edit script easytools v2.rar'
With your android tablet or phone switched on.
Turn its 'USB debugging' ON from Settings -> Developer options
Connect it to your PC
(INSTALL its driver from [universal adbDRIVER1] OR [ADBdriver2] if you are connecting it for first time)
Run 'pull_script_bin.exe' to get 'script.bin' file from your device into 'script_bin folder' and this is the file we will edit.
Run 'Edit Script EasyTools v2.exe' and select 'Change script.bin > Script.fex'
A pop up will tell you to put the Script.bin file you got from your device and other will tell you press any key. When you put the file inside the poped up screen go to the other window and press any key. And the bin file you dropped inside the folder is converted to fex file.
Now when you have fex file, open it up with the notepad and look for [ctp_para] and the values of
ctp_revert_x_flag = 0
ctp_revert_y_flag = 0
ctp_exchange_x_y_flag = 0

If your touchscreen works up whenever you touch its lower part
ctp_revert_y_flag = 1
If your touchscreen works left part whenever you touch its right
(it will fix its x-axis)
If your touch screen is reverted / reversed like if you slide up it works left to right
(it will turn its x-axis to y-axis)
If you screen is reversed diagonally
try changing both the values
ctp_revert_y_flag = 1
ctp_exchange_x_y_flag = 1
(it will fix its y axis touch and make x axis its y axis)
or

ctp_revert_x_flag = 1
ctp_exchange_x_y_flag = 1
(it will fix its x axis touch and make x axis its y axis)
STEP FOUR:
Go back to
'Edit Script EasyTools v2.exe' and now select

Press any key on popup window and two file will be generated.
Copy them to the first folder where your actual script.bin file was saved from your device.
The script.bin file will be saved to your device and your device will reboot.

Also note:
SOME DEVICE DON'T RECOGNIZE THE MODIFIED script.bin file once you have changed it. So to change it again you have to flash its firmware (install its rom img file) and start at the beginning.
