Windows 10

To install the Android USB driver on Windows 10 for the first time, do the following:

1. Connect your Android device to your computer's USB port.
2. From Windows Explorer, open Computer Management.
3. In the Computer Management left pane, select Device Manager.
4. In the Device Manager right pane, locate and expand Portable Devices or Other Devices, depending on which one you see.

How to install SPD USB Driver

Steps to Manually Install Spreadtrum Drivers on a Windows PC:

• Unzip the Android USB driver Jungo v4 to get your content
• Open the SCI-android-usb-driver-jungo-v4> x64 folder (if you are using a 64-bit PC) or x86 (if you are using a 32-bit PC)
• Start DPInst.exe and follow the driver installation wizard
• Unzip the SciU2S Android USB Spreadtrum Drivers zip file to get your content
• In Windows, go to the Control Panel and open the Device Manager
• Click any of the device groups (any of the items in the list) that you see, then in the Action menu at the top select Add Legacy Hardware.
• The Add Hardware Wizard starts, click next.
• Select Install hardware that you manually select from a list (Advanced), and then click Next.
• Click Have Disk…
